To add Requestors (i.e. staff or tenants):
From the Dashboard, tap Company Profile (see Tip).
In the "User Account Setup" section, tap Register user.
Tap the first "Code" (see 3rd column, "User Type", for definitions).
Tap "OK" to proceed with registration of the new user.
If the new Requestor's company is already in Landport, then select it from the drop-down. If it is not, then enter it into the 2nd field.
Tap "Submit".
Select Requestor's home location. **Be sure to drill down to the appropriate level. If you tap the building name, the Requestor will be able to create requests on the building and everything listed underneath it.**
Complete the registration form, making note of the user name and password. If you choose an user name that is generic (e.g. based on location, title, department), then the account can be re-used. This is fine, as long as you are okay with historical work orders showing to whomever is the current Requestor.
Tap the update button.
On the contact methods page, we suggest leaving the email settings as is for now (if you entered an email on the registration page), and tapping the update button.
You are in the new account! Tap "Create new request", if you want to check that you've correctly associated the Requestor's location.
