Adjust Service Type(s) Associated With A Servicer

When a Servicer company account is built (e.g. a maintenance group or external vendor company), service types chosen by you are associated with it.  Examples of service types are Electrical, General Maintenance, HVAC, and Plumbing.

The very first person under that Servicer company will be automatically added to all the Manager preferred Servicer lists for each service type chosen.  Any additional Servicer contacts added to the same company will NOT be automatically added.  You have the opportunity to selectively choose which service types to associate with that Servicer and whether each Manager wants to see them on their dispatch page.

To enable additional contact persons to appear in your preferred Servicer list:
  1. Log in to the first account that was created for the Servicer company and tap Company Profile*. Tap here for instructions on looking up a Servicer (results include the user name).  *If you don't know the password and/or don't see Company Profile, please submit a Support ticket.
  2. Tap Directly Accept and then choose the newly added Servicer contact.
  3. Check the service types that the Servicer should be listed under.
  4. Tap the update button.
  5. Log in to your Manager account.
  6. Tap Preferred Servicers (Vendors, Techs, etc.) to add the additional contact as a preferred Servicer under the desired service types.  You may have to adjust the "Search radius".  Tap here for more "Adjust Servicer List" information.
When you are done, the Servicer will appear on the dispatch page for the selected service types. 

Each Manager can individually choose which Preferred Servicers they want.
