FAQ: Are requests processed differently, based on the location/equipment type chosen?
No. The location/equipment "type" for each item (e.g. building, suite, HVAC, etc.) is
merely a way to differentiate by word and by icon the different types
of items that might be contained in the location tree. Whether an item is
a "building", "suite", or something else, will not affect how the request is processed in the system.
