Note: Requires admin privileges to implement. Please contact your Landport Administrator. If you ARE your organization's Landport administrator and want to request Company Profile privileges for yourself or a co-worker, please submit a Support ticket.
To manage a single message which is displayed when users first log in:
1. From the Dashboard, tap Company Profile.
2. Tap Login message.
3. Select settings and enter message (see Tips).
4. Tap the update button.
Tip 1: It's helpful to always have Managers see the message, so they remember what's being displayed.
Tip 2: You can limit message visibility by location, but can only show one message at a time.
Tip 3: Keep the message brief. The field is in html, so unless you put html codes in for line breaks, whatever you type will appear in one line.
