Can't dispatch request to myself (keeps going into the "New Requests" table)

Here is the key portion for dispatching a request to yourself:
    1. In the "Servicers" section of the request creation/dispatch page, check the box for "Service the Request yourself.
    2. Tap "Submit".
    3. On the next page, optionally set expected Arrival/Departure time(s).
    4. Tap "Reply now" or "Repy & Declare done".  (If you navigate away from the page without doing this step, the request will be created and placed in the "New Requests" table.)
      • "Reply now" - You'll see the request in the "Requests in Progress" table on the Dashboard.  You'll be designated as the Manager and the Servicer.  The "Next action" column will have Manager and Servicer links.
      • "Reply & Declare done" - The request will automatically be moved to "Closed Requests"
