Change Another Manager's Password

Note: Requires admin privileges to implement.  Please contact your Landport Administrator.  If you ARE your organization's Landport administrator and want to request Company Profile privileges for yourself or a co-worker, please submit a Support ticket.

To change another Manager's password (e.g. if they've forgotten it or left the position):
  1. From the Dashboard, tap Company Profile.
  2. In the "Co-workers" section, tap Change Password.
  3. Select the Manager.
  4. If needed, remove the check mark from "Send mail this user informing them of their new password".
  5. Enter a new password twice.
  6. Tap the update button.
