Change Requestor Building (Home) Location
To change a Requestor's building location:
From the Dashboard, tap Find Requestor (see Tip 1).
Search using the desired variable. For more information, tap here: Find Requestor.
After a search result is returned, tap Change home units in the "Home Location" column.
Add or delete home locations, as needed (see Tip 2).
Tip 1: If you changed the term "Requestor" to something else (e.g. Reporter or Tenant), the link will read as such (e.g. Find Reporter or Find Tenant).
Tip 2: If when adding a new home location, the location pop-up box does not appear, please adjust your pop-up blocker settings.

FAQ: Can a Requestor with a top level home location (e.g. building or campus) create requests on the sub-locations (e.g. suites or common areas)?
Yes, by default Requestors are able to create requests on sub-locations within a particular location, unless the Manager sets those sub-locations as invisible to the Requestor.
