Comment Visibility

Comment Visibility

Note: Requires admin privileges to implement. Please contact your Landport Administrator. If you ARE your organization's Landport administrator and want to request Company Profile privileges for yourself or a co-worker, please submit a Support ticket.

This functionality is typically used by Managers and Servicers.  To adjust the visibility default for comments entered on a request:

  1. From the Dashboard, tap Company Profile.
  2. In the "Companywide Settings" section, tap Privacy Settings.
  3. Adjust as needed, then tap the update button.
If an user type is deselected, those users will not receive comment notifications (e.g. emails), nor will they see the comment in the request log.  Once the default has been changed, the user can be manually selected on a case-by-case basis by tapping the pertinent checkbox below the Comment field.
