Dashboard Settings

Note: Requires admin privileges to implement.  Please contact your Landport Administrator.  If you ARE your organization's Landport administrator and want to request Company Profile privileges for yourself or a co-worker, please submit a Support ticket.
 
You may choose from two global dashboard settings for your Requestors (Tenants, Employees, etc.):

Streamline mode:  Requestors can create new requests and monitor open requests.

Standard mode:  Requestors can create, monitor, sort, view closed, and reopen requests.  They can also update their profile/notifications, change password, etc.

To change the global dashboard view for Requestors:
  1. From your Manager account Dashboard, tap Company Profile.
  2. In the "Requestors" section, tap Dashboard Settings.
  3. In the "Main Menu" section, select "streamlined" or "standard".
  4. Tap the update button.
