FAQ: Will a fast track created for a location be applied to its sub-locations?

A fast track rule created on an upper level location (e.g. a building) will be applied to all the sub-locations within (e.g. suites, apartments, common areas), unless another conflicting rule is created on a sub-location.  The conflicting rule created on the sub-location will take precedence.
