To generate a list of Requestors (e.g. staff or tenants):
From the Dashboard, tap Reporting.
Under "User Account Reports", tap Requestor list.
For "Step 1", you may:
Leave the top level default, however, this only shows you Requestors that have that level as their home location (see Tip 1).
Tap change location to drill down within your location tree (if you pick an item, such as a
building, all sub-locations within that building will be included).
For Step 2:
Columns to display - Adjust as needed.
Output format - "html" presents the list on your screen, and "csv" creates a file which can be opened using Excel (see Tip 2).
Tap "Generate Report" button.
Tip 1: To generate a list of Requestors for your entire location tree (top level and all sub-locations), tap change location, tap the "+" to open the location tree, and tap on any sub-location. Once the screen refreshes, tap add another location and tap on the top level (usually your organization's name). You may then proceed to #4 / Step 2.
Tip 2: If you've selected "csv", your system will either save the file as a "download" or prompt you to Open or Save the file*. If it's the latter, tap the Save drop down arrow, select Save As,
and save the file in a location where you can easily find it. When you
open Excel and browse for the file, make sure you change the file type
to "All files". The Excel wizard will take you through opening the
file. You'll select that it's delimited, and then mark that it's commas
separating your data. Then tap the "Finish" button.
* Firefox users, if you have your "Settings" for "Applications" (CSV File or Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values File) as "Always ask", then a dialog box will appear when you tap "Generate Report", allowing you to easiliy open the file using Excel. This is the easiest way to export.
