To generate a list of preferred Servicers (e.g. Vendor, Tech, Engineer):
- From the Dashboard, tap Reporting.
- Under "User Account Reports", tap Reports based upon vendors.
- For "Step 1":
- Select location - Drill down to a specific location as needed.
- Search radius - Shows the vendors within that radial distance from the location; if unsure, select "All".
- Service type - If needed, narrow down to one service type, or hold the Ctrl-key while tapping to select randomly.
- For "Step 2":
- Columns to display - Make your selections
- Output format - "html" presents the list on your screen, and "csv" creates a file which can be opened using Excel (see Tip).
Tap "Generate Report" button.
Tip: If you've selected "csv", your system will either save the file as a "download" or prompt you to Open or Save the file. If it's the latter, tap the Save drop down arrow, select Save As,
and save the file in a location where you can easily find it. When you
open Excel and browse for the file, make sure you change the file type
to "All files". The Excel wizard will take you through opening the
file. You'll select that it's delimited, and then mark that it's commas
separating your data. Then tap the "Finish" button.
