Getting Added As An Observer (In Order to Receive Notifications)
If you are not the Manager/Requestor/Servicer for a particular request, but want to receive notifications when comments are posted, you may become an "observer" as follows:
1. From the Dashboard, tap All Requests (see Tip).
2. Tap the request number...and that's it!
You'll now receive notifications whenever someone involved in the request enters a comment. You will not receive notifications on events that transpire on the request (e.g. when the job is declared done, approved & closed, etc.).
Tip: "Manager Account Sharing" must be set up between you and the Managers of the requests you want to see. Otherwise, you will not have the
All Requests link. Please tap
