FAQ: I created a request, but now don't see it. Where did it go?

It is likely that the request was assigned to another person in your organization.  Landport assigns requests based upon the Site Manager designated in a location's profile.

To find out who a request will be assigned to for a particular location:
  1. Tap Create Request.
  2. Select the location.
  3. Pick any Service Type.
The Site Manager's name will appear in the "Manager" field as shown:

If you need to see and act on another Site Manager's requests, please tap here for instructions.

If you need to edit a location's Site Manager, please tap here for instructions.
