Link in Landport notification not working
The embedded link within a Landport notification is valid for 14
days after the message is sent, assuming that the status of the request
has not changed.
Please note that not all
notifications are the same. Sometimes the notifications contain
embedded links that are only valid until certain actions are taken. For
example, if a notification is sent informing the Manager and Requestor that a request is
done and ready for inspection, the link will only be valid until the Manager closes the request. Once that happens, the respective web pages where the Manager and Requestor can approve/not
approve the request no longer exist, so the link cannot take them there.
