Manager Account Sharing

Manager Account Sharing

Note: Requires admin privileges to implement.  Please contact your Landport Administrator.  If you ARE your organization's Landport administrator and want to request Company Profile privileges for yourself or a co-worker, please submit a Support ticket.

Account sharing (workmate access) allows people in the same Landport group/company (e.g. Managers) to view, act on, and search for requests on each other's accounts. Also, it allows people to create requests on locations that are associated with other users.  Account sharing can be one-way or two-way, and when properly defined, causes the My Requests and All Requests links to appear on the dashboard.  Tapping All Requests activates account sharing and tapping My Requests deactivates it.

To set up account sharing:
  1. From the Dashboard, tap Company Profile.
  2. In the "Co-workers" section, tap Workmate Access.
  3. Select an user from the drop down list.
  4. Check mark the people who should be given access to that user's account.
  5. Tap the update button.
  6. If you have more accounts to flag, use the back arrow on your browser to go back to where you left off.
Please make sure you've read the leading paragraph, so that you know how to turn the newly implemented account sharing on/off.
