Notification Preferences (Select Which Messages to Receive)

To control when (e.g. new request reported, job completed) and how (e.g. email, MMS text) you are notified when certain request-based events occur:
  1. From the Dashboard, tap Your Profile.
  2. Tap Select which messages to receive.
  3. Select your preferences (suggest leaving default, if you're not sure):
    • Always - always get a notification, no matter what the request's urgency
    • Medium - only get a notification for medium and above urgency requests
    • High - only get a notification for high and above urgency requests
    • Emergency - only get a notification for emergency requests
    • Never - never get a notification (e.g. if you prefer to log in and utilize the account icons and history log to track request events)
  4. Tap the update button.
