Streamline mode: Requestors can create new requests and monitor open requests.
Standard mode: Requestors can create, monitor, sort, view closed, reopen, update profile, etc.
Note: If you are not sure what type of account your Requestors have, please do one of the following:
- Log into a Requestor account and compare the above described options.
- On your Dashboard, tap Company Profile and then Dashboard Settings in the "Requestors" section. Under "Main Menu", you'll see either "streamlined" or "standard".
- Submit a Support ticket.
