Account sharing (workmate access) allows Servicers in the same Landport
group/company (e.g. maintenance techs or engineers) to view, act on, and search for requests on each other's accounts. Account sharing can be one-way or two-way, and when properly
defined, causes the My
Requests and All Requests links to appear on the dashboard.
Tapping All Requests activates account sharing and tapping My
Requests deactivates it.
Tip 1: Tap

If you run a company search, the admin account will usually be the first account in the results list, and it sometimes will have "adm" or "admin" as part of the user name. If you cannot determine the admin account, please submit a Support ticket.
Tip 2: If the Company Profile link is being shy, please submit a Support ticket, and we'll be glad to coax it out of hiding!
