View/Unview Another Manager's Requests

View/Unview Another Manager's Requests

Prerequisite: Workmate Access must first be set up (see Manager Account Sharing)

To view, act upon, or search other Managers' requests, start at the Dashboard and tap All Requests**.

To unview/return to only seeing your own requests, start at the Dashboard and tap My Requests**.

** You will only see this link (above the New Requests table) if Workmate Access has been enabled.  Since the term "Requests" can be modified, your links may read differently.

Note:  In All Requests mode, the 2nd column in "New Requests" and "Requests in Progress" will show the Manager assigned to the request.  In My Requests mode, the 2nd column will show the Requestor.  Manager, Requestor, and Servicer are always visible in the body of a Request, accessible by tapping the Request number.
