FAQ: Where is the location pop-up window?
If the location list
pop-up doesn't appear when creating a request, then the web browser is
likely blocking it. Adjust the pop-up blocker security
settings and try creating the request again. If there's a Google toolbar installed on the browser, it may need to also be adjusted or disabled.
