FAQ: Why did the number of requests appearing on my dashboard drop to only 5 per table?
If there are more than 250 open requests, the system goes into "streamline mode" to enable the pages to load more quickly.
To go back to "standard mode", where up to 20 open requests are shown in each table, either close some of the open requests (see Tip), or tap My Requests, which
may result in fewer requests being displayed. The latter only applies if "Manager Account Sharing" has been implemented.
Tip: To bulk process requests, tap Power Page on the dashboard. There is a table for bulk processing requests currently in progress, and below that, a table for bulk processing requests that have been declared done (e.g. by the Servicer).
