FAQ: Why doesn't the Servicer's name appear after I've dispatched a request to them?

Until the Servicer accepts the request, confirming that they are taking the job, dashes ("---") will appear in the "Servicer" column:



After the Servicer accepts the request, or the Manager accepts it on their behalf, the Servicer's name will appear:


You'll also notice that the status message in the "Next Action" column changes from "Request sent" to "Service proceeding" when the request is accepted.

NOTE:  If the request is not accepted within the timeout period (unless changed, the default timeout is 30 days), it will be withdrawn from the Servicer and moved to the New Service Requests table.  Please tap here, to view the "Expired Requests" article.
