FAQ: As the responsible Manager for my location, how do I create a PM that I can assign to myself?
When building the PM instruction, the key section is "Auto-dispatch to Servicer". Make sure that "Select and dispatch to Servicer later" is selected (Screen shot 1). When the PM triggers, based on the defined frequency, the request will appear in your "New Service Request" table. You may then dispatch it to yourself, by selecting "Service the Request yourself" in the Servicers section of the dispatch page (Screen shot 2).
